How to qualify
Send us your official baseline
Email your most recent official GMAT Focus score report within 7 days of going Pro. It has to be from an exam in the last five years. That score is your baseline, and it sets the retake target you have to reach. Without an official score the guarantee doesn't apply.
Finish the plan and give it time
Complete your study plan, including every lesson and at least two full-length mocks. Book your official retake for at least eight weeks after you buy Pro. The plan reschedules when you miss a day, but all work must be complete before test day.
Sit the retake and send your score
Take the official GMAT Focus while your Pro plan is active. If you score below your guaranteed target, email the official score report within 30 days of your test date. We'll extend Pro free for the same length as your original plan.
The fine print
- The guarantee applies to repeat takers with a valid official GMAT Focus Edition score from the last five years. First-time test takers are ineligible.
- Your baseline is that official score, submitted within 7 days of going Pro. Practice inside the app doesn't set it, including mocks and the 12-question diagnostic.
- Your guaranteed target is the retake score shown for your baseline's tier in the table above, up to 715. Inside the app you can aim as high as you like; the guarantee covers reaching that target.
- Your official retake must be booked for at least eight weeks after your Pro purchase and taken while the plan is active. Your study plan must be 100% complete before test day, including all lessons and at least two full-length mocks.
- Both scores must come from official GMAT Focus Edition exams. Email your official retake score report to help@hireaclanker.com within 30 days of your test date.
- The remedy is a free extension of your Pro plan equal to your original term, so you can keep studying to your next attempt. One guarantee claim per person.
- Missing or cancelling the exam, chargebacks, and shared or multi-user accounts void the guarantee.
